Acceptance of the rules and regulations is a condition of participation in the festival.

1. Adults may participate in the festival and workshops. Minors may also participate, provided they present a consent from their legal guardian.

2. Participants take full responsibility for the state of their physical and emotional health. The Organization is not responsible for any injuries or accidents of the participants. We recommend workshop participants to have a recent medical examination and Personal Accident Insurance (NNW in Poland). 

3. The Organization of the festival and workshops reserves the right to change the program for reasons beyond their control. In this situation, the participant is entitled to a refund of the fee for the cancelled classes or to choose alternative classes. 

4. In the event of cancellation of participation at least 30 working days before the start date of the festival, the participant is entitled to a refund of the payment made. In case of cancellation of participation in the festival / workshops later than 30 working days before the date of commencement, the fee paid is not refunded. However, it is possible to transfer the reserved place to another person designated by you. Cancellations of participation are only accepted in written form (e-mail and post).

5. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “RODO”), we inform you that: The administrator of the data is the Stowarzyszenie Inicjatyw Twórczych MOMENTUM (Association of Creative Initiatives MOMENTUM) with its registered office at 4/2 Małachowskiego Street, 50-084 Wrocław. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secured servers. The Data Administrator has not appointed a Personal Data Inspector. Any issues regarding personal data can be addressed by email: cyrkulacje.zapisy@gmail.com

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to an inquiry or fulfilling a request. Provision of personal data is voluntary but is necessary to process the inquiry. Personal data will be stored until the user revokes his/her consent to processing. Personal data provided in the form on the website is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons. 

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country / organization. Each data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We reserve the right to process your data after withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims before a court of law, or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data. The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies). Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. The Service Provider shall not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under applicable law. 

Participants of the Festival / workshops agree to have their image recorded / documented and to use the recorded materials for marketing purposes and promotion of the Festival. The participant may not agree to the above provision – it is then necessary for the participant to submit a written statement.

6. The Festival and workshops may be canceled at any time for reasons beyond the control of the Organization.

7. Written / e-mail application for participation in the Festival / workshops amounts to the acknowledgment and acceptance of these regulations.

8. The Organization reserves the right to make changes to these regulations.

9. Any issues not covered by the regulations shall be resolved by the Organization.
